Co-founders Frank Occhipinti and German Neglia, who have worked together for over 15 years, bring to O.N. Site Construction Inc. a combined 50 years of technical construction knowledge and experience. Knowing the industry from the ground up allows both principles to develop strong working relationships with clients and staff alike. Their expertise and experience propels their strong leadership and shapes the solid vision they have for O.N. Site Construction Inc.
Frank takes a hands-on approach with construction projects. In conjunction with our site superintendents, Frank personally directs the construction of each project to ensure exceptional standards are maintained. Both his personality and in-depth knowledge of construction practices, site conditions, and municipal policies are an invaluable asset to O.N. Site Construction.
German, as the company’s president; currently manages estimating, contract administration and project management to ensure that the highest of standards are met throughout the life of the project.
